Adjustments of installation of a side door are intended for reliable operation of its mechanisms providing movement, closing — opening and reliable locking of a door.

The correct installation of a door is defined by door gaps (in a closed position) concerning a sidewall (see fig. 10.14):

- on a doorway of 5 — 8 mm;

- on an internal faltsevy gap between a sidewall and a door of 10 — 13 mm.

Movement of a door on top 5 (fig. 10.15), 1 and to the lower 9 guides is provided to average top 2, average 13 and the lower 10 mechanisms.

Adjustment of a door in the vertical direction is carried out by movement of a roller with the carriage 4 of the top mechanism 2 on an axis 3 carving, and also average 13 and the lower 10 mechanisms up or down.

Adjustment of a door is in the direction of travel carried out at the expense of axis shift 3 carriages of the top mechanism 2 in a lever head, and also average 13 and the lower 10 mechanisms forward or back.

Adjustment of a door on depth (sticking — a vystupaniye) is carried out the top mechanism with a shift of axis of 3 carriages (if necessary it is allowed to enclose a washer with a diameter of 24 — 30 mm with an opening with a diameter of 6,5 — 8 mm and 1 — 2 mm thick between a support of the top guide and the guide 5), and also movement of the lower lever 11 with a roller concerning a support 12 and the support 12 concerning a door.

Fixing and locking of a door in an aperture of a sidewall is provided (see fig. 10.16):

- on a forward end face of a door two clamps 7;

- on a back end face of a door a thorn 3 and the locking mechanism 2.

Adjustment on a forward end face of a door is carried out by movement of the case 9 of a clamp in the vertical direction of a thorn of the 8th clamp on depth and installation of adjusting laying 6 under a thorn 8 and laying 10 under the clamp case 9.

For determination of number of laying:

- it is dense to connect the case 9 of a clamp to a thorn of the 8th clamp (at an open door);

- to close a door;

- 10 to determine by laying gap size between the case of a clamp and a sidewall, using for access a gap between a door 1 (fig. 10.17) and a sidewall 2;

- to open a door;

- to establish evenly (a difference no more than 1 piece) laying 6 and 10 (see fig. 10.16) under a thorn and the case of a clamp.

3 with the locking mechanism 2 on a back end face carry out adjustment of gearing of a thorn movement of a thorn 3 on a sidewall (it is allowed to enclose in addition under a thorn a washer 4, but no more than 2 pieces).

After carrying out all necessary adjustments the possibility of removal of a door without use of a cut in the top guide is not allowed.

In a closed position the door has to be densely recorded in a forward aperture on two clamps 7 and is locked by the locking mechanism 2 on a thorn 3 in a back aperture of a sidewall.

Mobile parts of mechanisms (the bearing of the top roller 4 (see fig. 10.15), a carving of axis 3 of the top carriage, an axis of the directing rollers of the average mechanism 13) have to be greased with Litol-24 lubricant, LITAS or TsIATIM-201.

Operation of the car is strictly forbidden:

- with the doors opened or locked only on safety tooth of a cam of the lock;

- at an exit from gearing of a roller of the lever 11 (see fig. 10.15) the lower mechanism with a flange of the lower guide 9;

- at leaky landing of a thorn 8 (see fig. 10.16) in the clamp case 9.
