10.1.19. Electric motors of heaters, fan of an obduv of a windshield, electric pump of system of heaters

Fans of an obduv of the main heater of a body are given to rotation by the bipolar electric motor — with excitement from permanent magnets. Turning on of the electric motor of the main heater is carried out by means of the switch having four provisions:
- it is switched off;
- small turns;
- average turns;
- big turns.
At small and average turns the chain of the electric motor turns on the resistor.

Electric motor additional * heater
The fan obduva and heating of interior of the car is given to rotation by the bipolar electric motor of a heater with excitement from permanent magnets.

Electric pump * systems of heating
The electric pump of system of heating is given to rotation by the bipolar electric motor with excitement from permanent magnets.

Electrical wiring
On the car the single-wire system of turning on of devices of electric equipment three which the second wire ("weight") serve the car case is applied. At damage of isolation of a wire can directly concern the car case, causing the short circuits leading to burn-out of safety locks to an obgoraniye of isolation and even to the fire.
For convenience of installation and protection against mechanical damages of a wire are braided with the fastening braid in plaits.
Maintenance
At surveys of the car it is necessary to check carefully a condition of isolation of wires, preventing their damages (a mastication about sharp edges, excessive sagging, etc.). Special attention has to be paid to purity and reliability of accession of wires to conclusions of devices of electric equipment. Wires even with insignificant damage of isolation need to be wound with an insulating tape. Poorly tightened or polluted and oxidized conclusions to smooth out and tighten. It is necessary to watch carefully that on a surface of wires oil and gasoline as they destroy isolation did not get and reduce service life of wires.
At repair of an electrical wiring it is necessary to use the schematic diagram of wires on which coloring and sections of wires are given.
Safety locks
Under a cowl there is on the right a block of safety locks BPR-2M5 where the fusible insert on 90 A protects a generator chain, a light chain of the car, and the fusible insert on 60 A protects the general plus chain of the car, except light, and chains of a starter and the generator.
At the left under the dashboard on an arm two blocks of BPR-13 fuses are installed. Sizes of extreme current in amperes for each safety lock and the chains protected by them are specified in tab. 9.7.

Note
The set of spare safety locks is put to the car. For extraction of a faulty safety lock use tweezers in a set of spare safety locks.

The switch of the rechargeable battery (is established by buses)
The switch of the rechargeable battery with remote control is intended for disconnection of the battery from onboard network of the car (at the long parking, repair of electric equipment, and also at emergence of fire danger).

Prevention
It is necessary to switch-off the rechargeable battery only after an engine stop. It is strictly forbidden to switch-off the battery at the working engine; otherwise the knots and devices incorporating electronic schemes can fail.

The switch of the rechargeable battery is installed under the pallet on which the battery is installed.

Control of the switch of the battery is exercised of the push-button switch 28 (see fig. 3.1) located under the dashboard.
It is possible to switch on and off the battery direct pressing the battery switch button closed by the rubber cap located at a switch end face.
