6.4.10. Assembly of the back bridge

At assembly of the back bridge with new bearings of the leading gear wheel or gear wheels of the main transfer it is necessary to adjust at first a pretightness of bearings of the leading gear wheel and its situation (see. "Adjustment of the back bridge").
To make assembly of the bridge in the following order:

- to establish on the leading gear wheel an adjusting ring 7 (see fig. 5.32) the leading gear wheel and to napressovat an internal ring of the back bearing against the stop;
— to press external rings of bearings of the leading gear wheel in a case;
- to establish the leading gear wheel in an external ring of the back bearing;
- to put an adjusting ring of 5 bearings 6;
- to establish an internal ring of the forward bearing of the leading gear wheel;
- to press a cuff of the 3rd leader of a gear wheel aflush with a case end face;
- to establish a flange 2, a washer, to tighten and zashplintovat a nut of 1 flange (see. "Adjustment of the main transfer");
- to establish in a case differential with bearings, having densely drawn in their external rings;
- to establish adjusting nuts of 16 bearings of differential in a carving opening of a case as it is possible closer to bearings and to establish covers of 17 bearings of differential;
- to tighten bolts of fastening of covers the torque which is not interfering rotation of adjusting nuts of bearings of differential. Before a zavertyvaniye of bolts to apply on a carving of openings in a bridge case anaerobic sealant "Unigerm-6" or "Unigerm-9". The carving in a case and on bolts has to be cleared, fat-free and dried up;
- to adjust a pretightness of bearings of differential and the provision of the conducted gear wheel (see. "Adjustment of a pretightness of bearings of differential and side gap in gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer");
- to tighten finally bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of differential torque of 90 — 110 N · m (9 — 11 kgfs · l);
- to fix by bolts lock plates of 14 nuts of bearings of differential;
- to apply on laying 13 from two parties the pressurizing Un-25 paste, after endurance to establish laying on a case end face;
- to establish a reducer in a case of the bridge and to tighten bolts of its fastening the moment of 55 — 70 N · m (5,5 — 7,0 kgfs · l);
- to establish brakes assembled and maslootrazhatel. The moment of an inhaling of bolts of a maslootrazhatel — 14 — 18 N · m (1,4 — 1,8 kgfs · l), bolts of fastening of a brake — 50 — 62 N · m (5,0 — 6,2 kgfs · l);
- to establish the right and left naves with brake drums assembled and to make their adjustment;
- to establish on hairpins of naves of laying of a half shaft;
- to insert half shafts and to tighten nuts of half shafts the moment of 90 — 125 N · m (9,0 — 12,5 kgfs · l);
- to establish and zakontrit lock-nuts bolts for dismantle of half shafts;
- to establish a drain stopper in a case and to screw сапун;
- to fill the bridge with oil according to the card of lubricant through a jellied opening in a cover and to wrap a jellied stopper; to fill naves with the same oil by a serial inclination of each side of the bridge on height not less than 200 mm;
- to check the noise level, heating and to be convinced of lack of a leak of oil on forward and back to the course with a frequency of rotation of the leading gear wheel 16, 25, 50 with-1.
To check work of differential with a frequency of rotation of 25 with-1 (1500 min.-1), serially applying brakes partially each of half shafts.
General time of check and running in of the bridge about 5 min. It is necessary to carry out check at the oil which is warmed up up to the temperature of 45 — 75 °C and excessive pressure in the bridge of 20 — 30 kPa (0,2 — 0,3 kgfs/cm2).
At assembly of the back bridge it is necessary to consider the sizes of the interfaced details of the back bridge (tab. 5.5).
