The cooling system of ZMZ-4061,-4063 engines (fig. 4.129) is generally similar to the cooling system of ZMZ-4025,-4026 engines.
Differences are following:
- heating of an inlet pipe is provided;
- on the case of the thermostat the sensor 9 of a temperature condition of the engine and the sensor 11 of emergency temperature of cooling liquid are in addition installed.

The pump of cooling liquid (fig. 4.130) — centrifugal type. It is located and fixed on a chain cover. The roller with the bearing 7 is separated from cooling liquid by the self-tightened epiploon of the 4th non-demountable design in which the cuff and the condensing washer are located. The liquid filtering through an epiploon does not get to the bearing, and follows outside through a control opening 6 which periodically should be cleaned. The bearing refrains from movement by a clamp 3 which will be wrapped against the stop and закернен. The bearing is filled with lubricant at assembly, in use addition of lubricant is not required. A nave 1 and a krylchatka 5 napressovana on the bearing roller.

The pulley of the pump and fan is given to rotation together with a generator pulley a poliklinovy belt from a pulley of a bent shaft. The tension of a belt is made by change of provision of a tension roller (fig. 4.131).
The fan — plastic, six-blade, is installed on a pump drive pulley nave via the carving plug with the left carving of M24u1.
