The lubrication system of the engine (fig. 4.123) — combined: under pressure and spraying.
The lubrication system includes: an oil case 2, the oil pump 3 with a reception branch pipe with a grid and the reducing valve, the oil pump drive, oil channels in the block, a head of cylinders and in cranked to a shaft, a full-line oil filter 4, the rod index of the 6th level of oil, a cover of the 5th maslozalivny mouth, sensors of pressure of oil 7 and 8.
Circulation of oil happens as follows: the pump sucks in oil from a case and on the channel in the block brings it to the full-line filter; after the filter oil comes to the trunk oil main and via channels in the block greases radical bearings, bearings of an intermediate shaft, the top bearing of the roller of the drive of the oil pump and is brought to a gidronatyazhitel of a chain of the first step of the drive of camshafts. From radical bearings oil via internal channels of a bent shaft arrives to conrod bearings and from them, through openings in rods — to piston fingers. From the top bearing of the roller of the drive of the oil pump oil through cross drillings and an internal cavity of the roller moves for lubricant of the lower bearing of the roller and a face surface of the conducted drive gear wheel. Gear wheels of the drive of the oil pump are greased with an oil stream through the calibrated drilling with a diameter of 2 mm in the trunk oil main.
For cooling of the piston oil, through an opening in the top head of a rod, is sprayed on the piston bottom.
From the trunk oil main oil via the vertical channel in the block comes to a head of the block of cylinders for lubricant of support of camshafts and is brought to a gidronatyazhitel of a chain of the second step of the drive of camshafts, to hydropushers and to oil pressure sensors. Following from gaps and flowing down in a case in a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders, oil gets on chains, boots and asterisks of the drive of camshafts.
Lubrication system capacity — 6 l. Oil in the engine is filled in through the maslozalivny mouth located on a cover of valves and closed by a cover with sealing rubber laying. Level of oil is controlled on the tags "П" and "About" on a core of the index of level. Level of oil should be supported near the tag "П", without exceeding it.

The oil pump — gear type, is installed in an oil case. The pump is attached to the block of cylinders by two bolts and the holder — to a cover of the third radical bearing. Accuracy of installation of the pump is provided with landing of the case in a block opening. The case 2 (fig. 4.124) of the pump is cast from aluminum alloy, gear wheels 7 and 5 have direct teeths, are made of metal ceramics (the baked metalpowder). The leading gear wheel 1 is fixed on the roller 3 by a pin. On the top end of the roller the six-sided opening which the six-sided roller of the drive of the oil pump enters is made. The conducted gear wheel 5 freely rotates on the axis 4 pressed in a pump housing.
The partition of the 6th pump is made of gray cast iron and together with a reception branch pipe 7 fastens to the pump four bolts. The reception branch pipe is cast from aluminum alloy, in it the reducing valve is located. On a reception part of a branch pipe of a zavaltsovan a grid.

The reducing valve (fig. 4.125) — plunger type, is adjusted at the plant by installation of a calibrated spring. It is not recommended to change adjustment of the valve in operation.

The drive of the oil pump is carried out by couple of kosozuby gear wheels from an intermediate shaft 9 (fig. 4.126).
On intermediate to a shaft by means of a spline 7 the leading gear wheel 8 is established and fixed by a flange nut. The conducted gear wheel 3 napressovan on the roller 2 rotating in boring of the block of cylinders. In the top part of the conducted gear wheel the plug 5 having an internal six-sided opening is pressed. The six-sided roller 1 which lower end enters a six-sided opening of the roller of the oil pump is inserted into an opening of the plug.
The conducting and conducted gear wheels are made of high-strength cast iron and nitrated.
From above the drive of the oil pump is closed by the cover 6 fixed through laying by 4 four bolts.
At rotation the conducted gear wheel the 3rd top face surface nestles on a cover 6.

On the engine the non-demountable oil filter 2101C1012005-HK-2 (fig. 4.127) of production of PNTP "COLAN" (the "Super" filter) is established.
The filter works as follows. Oil under pressure through entrance openings in a cover 7 gets for cleaning into a cavity between an external surface of the filtering element 5 and the case 4, passes through the filtering element 5, is purified and gets to the engine lubrication system. The filter 2101C-1002005-HK-2 excludes a possibility of hit of the crude oil (unlike filters of a usual design) in the lubrication system at launch of the cold engine or at a contamination of the filtering element 5. Cleaning and supply of oil happens to the help of the filtering element 2 and the perepuskny valve 3.
The oil effluence from the filter at the idle engine is prevented by the antidrainage valve 6.
At impossibility of acquisition of the COLAN filter use of oil filters of foreign production L 172100 Puralator is allowed during the post warranty period; C120, C113, C117, C149 of Chempion and filters of domestic production 2101-1012005 or 2101-1012005-01.
However it should be noted that at launch of the cold engine or at fire of the filtering element (when using of the specified filters substitutes) the valve passing oil in the engine lubrication system opens perepuskny.
