Before removal of the tire from a wheel it is necessary to clear it of dust, dirt and foreign objects, and then by means of a jack or special adaptation to remove both boards of the tire from landing shelves of a rim. At application for removal of boards of the tire of a jack its lower basic surface should be established on a tire sidewall as it is possible closer to a wheel rim, and the top end — under a frame longeron. It is allowed to make at removal of boards easy blows by the hammer on a board of the tire or its extraction by means of assembly shovels.

Dismantle of the tire is made as it should be, the return to installation. At the same time it is necessary to remember that the board of the tire is removed from a rim only if an opposite part of this board is in deepening of a rim.
