According to scheduled works on a suspension bracket at its maintenance periodic tightening of nuts of step-ladders, nuts of bolts of rubber-metal hinges, details of fastening of arms of springs and shock-absorbers is necessary. Special attention is recommended to be paid on timely tightening of fastening of a rubber spring of compression (see fig. 6.1 and 6.2) as the weakened fastening can lead to its loss. In this case load of a forward spring significantly raises and its dynamic course increases that eventually will lead to a premature exit of a spring out of operation.
For increase in anticorrosive firmness of multilaminated springs it is necessary to grease periodically their sheets with graphite lubricant (in particular, at a partition or when replacing sheets), at its absence — the mix consisting of 30% of solid oil, 30% of graphite P and 40 of % of transformer oil.
